Slips
Count every space you lease by the season or by the year: wet slips, houseboat slips and dry storage. Transient slips and your own rental boats do not count.

Boat rentals
Many booking platforms take a cut of every booking. We charge one flat monthly price, so a busy July costs you the same as a quiet May, and your renters never pay a booking fee.
Includes online booking day and night, your fleet calendar, deposits, rental terms signed at checkout, holiday and weekend rates, add-ons like tubes and fuel, booking reminders for renters and a check-in list for your dock staff.

Renters have booked and paid for more than 2,800 boat rentals through Field Guide Marina since 2024. Your price stays the same, however many bookings you take.
Slips + Boat Rentals
Start with your Slips price and add $150 a month for boat rentals, for a fleet of up to 12 boats. Setup is your Slips setup plus $500. Here is what that looks like at three real marina sizes:

Payments
Tenants and renters pay by card online, and the money lands in your marina’s own account with a processor such as Square or Stripe, at that processor’s standard rates. We never hold your money, and we never add a fee to a booking.
Getting started
12-month commitment. Pay for the year up front and get one month free. Setup is paid half when you sign and half when you go live. There is no setup fee after the first year.
Posts and reels that follow your season, so you never pay for marketing in January.

If you lease slips by the season or by the year, start with Slips. If you only rent boats, Boat Rentals is all you need. If you do both, Slips + Boat Rentals costs less than buying the two separately.
Yes. Add boat rentals to Slips at any time for $150 a month and a $500 setup to load your fleet, rates and rental terms.

Yes. Dry storage you lease is managed in Slips and counts toward your slip total, the same as a wet slip.
